You literally just drag and drop pre-made exhibits into a big empty map. 40 minutes of boring tutorials later, this game turned out to be very one dimensional and very disappointing. I was really excited when I saw this game announced and was looking forward to hours of in depth customization and. It is a significant departure from how the original Zoo Tycoons were played. This is my first review of a Steam game and I feel pretty bad that it's negative, but I'm so bummed out by this game! There isn't any deep customization at all. There are predesigned exhibits that you place. For players of the original games this version is a bit different in that you are not able to design zoo exhibits. Keeping your animals happy will keep your guests happy, and happy guests means more money flowing into your zoo. Adopt, care, and release animals into the wild!
